A straightforward bathroom refit typically takes 1–2 weeks. Larger projects involving structural alterations, new drainage runs or en-suite creation may take 2–4 weeks. You receive a detailed programme of works before we start so you know exactly what happens and when.
Yes. We manage every trade — plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, joinery and decoration — under one contract. You deal with a single point of contact from first fix through to handover, and every trade is sequenced so handovers are clean and on programme.
Absolutely. We're happy to install customer-supplied materials and will check deliveries on arrival. We can also source everything on your behalf from our trade accounts at competitive prices — sanitaryware, tiles, brassware, shower enclosures and accessories.
Electrical work in bathrooms must comply with Part P of the Building Regulations and be carried out or certified by a qualified electrician. Any structural alterations — such as removing walls for a knock-through or creating a new en-suite — also require Building Control approval. We handle all applications, inspections and certification on your behalf.
